About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including breakfast items, sandwiches, and entrees, using fresh ingredients and following established recipes.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for customers and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment with a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and physical stamina to perform tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, organized, reliability, team player, and ability to work in a permanent position.
