Job Title: Shipping Supervisor

Sweets from the Earth is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Supervisor to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing plans to prioritize tasks, organizing operational logistics, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize operational efficiency
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including inventory management and supply chain coordination
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit, hire, and train staff to ensure a high-performing team
  • Arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
