Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Red Swan Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including training and development of team members.
  • Food Preparation and Quality Control: Ensure that food meets quality control standards, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare and submit reports, and maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
