Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizzahut Martensville. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food is prepared and served to our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared to our high standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that inventory levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, management, and customers, ensuring that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
