Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizzahut Martensville. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring accurate inventory levels and minimizing waste.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on team performance, inventory levels, and other relevant metrics.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to food service staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
