Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Gecko Hospitality. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the delivery of exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food production.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu concepts and ideas.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Monitor and control kitchen costs, and develop strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing kitchen teams and delivering exceptional results.
  • Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and service.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
