We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to join our team at TREHAN TAX LTD. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees
- Operational Management
- Oversee the allocation of resources, including human, financial, and material resources
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Financial Management
- Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls
- Formulate and approve promotional campaigns and overall human resources planning
- Communication and Representation
- Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Work Experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior management role
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with a focus on excellence and customer satisfaction
