We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Administrator to join our Private Investment Counsel team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to our Relationship Managers in the management of client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective client service, including responding to client inquiries and executing on client cash management requests.
- Support the execution of business development activities, including coordinating prospecting and business development meetings.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to maintain client portfolios in accordance with established firm strategy.
- Participate in compliance and risk management activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the effective functioning of the Private Investment Counsel team and foster a positive team environment.
- University degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent.
- Two years of industry experience, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Strong relationship management skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficient in providing support to sales and business development activities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
