Xpera is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to join our team. As a Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for adjusting claims while ensuring business development opportunities are maximized.
Key Responsibilities- Adjust claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Market and follow up on business development opportunities
- Work closely with senior executives and business development staff to drive claims load
- Collaborate with other SCM Insurance Services teams to achieve business objectives
- BC Adjuster's license Level 2 required
- University degree or post-secondary education related to insurance
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in claims adjusting
- Currently pursuing CIP designation
- Equivalency in combination of education and experience will be considered
- Ongoing commitment to education and learning
- Competitive pay: $65K-100K per year
