This clinic is a collaborative medical practice that values teamwork and provides a supportive environment for our physicians. We are looking for a physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and is committed to working collaboratively with our team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and will be responsible for providing comprehensive primary care services, including:
- Examine patients and take their histories, order diagnostic tests and laboratory procedures
- Advise patients on health care, health promotion, and disease prevention
- Consultation and referral to other medical practitioners
- Act as a patient's advocate
- Prescribe and administer medications and treatments, inoculations and vaccinations
- Report births, deaths, contagious and other diseases as per Nova Scotia Public Health requirements

- Eligible for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia (CPSNS)
- Eligible for certification with the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)
- A member of the Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA)
