Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Val d'Or, QC. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate product placement, updating prices, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate placement of products on shelves and maintain a tidy store environment.
  • Regularly update prices based on inventory and market conditions to meet customer needs.
  • Set up and install promotional materials to drive sales and engagement.
  • Implement planogram changes to optimize product placement and improve customer experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and maintain a well-stocked store.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance our sales area and implement changes to improve customer engagement.
  • Assist in introducing new products and educating consumers about our clients' latest innovations.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with store employees and managers.
  • Document in-store actions and create detailed reports to track progress.
Requirements
  • Available to work from Monday to Friday.
  • Availability to work morning and daytime hours.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Merchandising experience is desirable.
  • Physical Capability to lift 30 lbs.
  • Computer literacy with access to a mobile device and the internet.
  • Attention to detail, understanding, and executing planograms accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to deadlines.
  • Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication skills in French (both oral and written).
