Job Summary

As a Retail Merchandiser at Acosta, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate placement of products on shelves, updating prices based on inventory and market conditions, and implementing planogram changes to optimize product placement.

Responsibilities
  • Product Management: Ensure accurate placement of products on shelves, manage inventory levels, and prevent stock-outs.
  • Visual Merchandising: Set up and install promotional materials, maintain organized and tidy shelves, and implement planogram changes.
  • Customer Service: Foster and maintain positive relationships with store employees and managers, and assist in introducing new products.
Requirements
  • Availability: Available to work from Monday to Friday, with availability to work morning and daytime hours.
  • Physical Abilities: Must be able to lift 30 lbs and have a valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Skills: Merchandising experience is desirable, and computer literacy with access to a mobile device and the internet is required.
  • Language: Excellent communication skills in French (both oral and written) are required.
