Job Title: Head Cashier

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Cashier to join our team at Dépanneur Lemoyne. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cash register, managing cash and inventory, and supervising sales staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage cash and make change for customers
  • Count and balance cash register at the end of each shift
  • Supervise and train sales staff on cash handling procedures
  • Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
  • Authorize returns and exchanges
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes and merchandising
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a retail environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
