Key Responsibilities:- Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing clients and collecting payments
- Prepare financial statements and reports, including bank reconciliations and financial analysis
- Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including preparing financial projections and reports
- Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
- 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
- QuickBooks certification an asset
