- Prepare budgets and track financial performance.
- Evaluate staffing needs and manage recruitment processes.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain issues.
- Recruit, train, and oversee staff and/or volunteers.
You will be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 individuals.
