  • Promote the Bank's products and services to optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Optimize and document operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements
  • 3-year college diploma (DEC) or equivalent in a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of business products and services.
  • Experience with syndication files is an asset.
  • Strong ability to manage disagreements, share expertise, and build strong relationships.
  • Knowledge of commercial and legal credit, as well as proficiency in Word and Excel software.
