Position Overview

As an Office Administrative Assistant at VM TRUCKING LTD., you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of administrative tasks that support our team and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication: Type and review various documents, including correspondence and forms.
  • Inquiry Management: Handle and direct telephone and electronic inquiries efficiently.
  • Data Management: Work with reports derived from both manual and electronic records, inventories, and databases.
  • Mail Processing: Manage incoming and outgoing mail through both manual and electronic means.
  • Message Handling: Send and receive messages promptly.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping duties as required.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and format documents for presentation.
  • Client Interaction: Provide general information to clients and the public.
  • Document Management: Photocopy, collate, label, file, and retrieve documents as needed.
  • File Organization: Locate and remove requested files efficiently.
  • Office Coordination: Organize and schedule various office tasks.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year in a similar role.
