About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Pardeep Virk Law Corporation. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, such as data entry, research, and report preparation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in accounting software, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced and requires attention to detail, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
