About the Role

PURI ELECTRIC LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant - Coordinator to join our team. As an Office Administrative Assistant - Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Coordination: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors, both verbally and in writing.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, escalating complex problems to senior staff as needed.
  • Team Support: Provide support to other team members, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
