Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for environmental sustainability and a proven track record of success in business development and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that Health and Safety is the top priority by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.
  • Opportunity Pipeline Coordination: Coordinate the Lystek opportunity pipeline to ensure timely and effective management of new business development opportunities.
  • Proposal Development: Support the development of proposals and technical submissions, including initial opportunity assessment, coordination of internal and external materials, and preparation of required documentation.
  • Marketing and Communications: Assist the Marketing & Communications team in developing internal and external communications, including customer presentations, technical memos, and technical scopes of work.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain customer relationship profiles and business development strategy frameworks to ensure effective engagement and relationship-building.
  • Project Library Management: Maintain an updated reference project library by creating new content from recently completed projects.
  • General Support: Provide general support to the Business Development group as required, including customer engagement, external announcements, internal stories, and social media activity.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, Geography, or Science. Preferred: University Degree with relevant courses in Business.
  • Experience: Minimum: Undergraduate Degree. Preferred: Undergraduate Degree and 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and passion for excellence. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including copy editing. Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
  • Software Proficiency: High proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools. Familiarity with content management systems (SharePoint) and SalesForce.
