As a key member of the Loyalty Portfolio Team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of Canada's premier loyalty program. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Loyalty Strategy & Member Engagement, your analytical skills and customer-centric approach will be essential in enhancing the PC Optimum loyalty program, particularly through our digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the personalized offer strategy for PC Optimum by managing targeting engine requirements, evolving the offer library, and identifying opportunities to optimize both customer engagement and business outcomes.
  • Provide analytical support for member engagement initiatives, including performance analysis of offers, customer segmentation, budget management for the Loyalty team, and preparation of regular reporting.
  • Lead project management for innovation and customer engagement initiatives from inception to execution, ensuring timely updates and monitoring of interdependencies and risks.
  • Explore and evaluate new opportunities for PC Optimum through research, action plan development, financial modeling, and recommendations for various audiences.
  • Support the implementation of new member engagement tactics, including marketing channels and offer types.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Retail Divisions, Business & Customer Insights, Loyalty Operations, and Marketing.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: A bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field, with 2-5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, analytics, project management, or customer experience. Experience in retail or loyalty programs is a plus.
  • Data Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from diverse data sources.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive in leading projects and addressing challenges effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong storytelling abilities with experience presenting to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Focused on optimizing member experiences through meticulous attention to detail.
  • Interest in Loyalty: A genuine curiosity about the loyalty industry and a passion for enhancing customer experiences.
