This role as a Customer Solutions Analyst within our Software Support Team in the Construction Division serves as an excellent foundation for a rewarding career.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Report directly to the Team Lead for daily guidance and to the Support Manager for administrative tasks:

  • Employ active listening and analytical skills to effectively resolve client inquiries.
  • Maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Utilize effective time management to address multiple client concerns efficiently.
  • Be results-oriented to meet team objectives, building trust and integrity with both the team and clients while remaining focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary support liaison between clients and Jonas.
  • Keep clients updated on the status of their issues and provide necessary follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with other departments as needed to expedite solutions.
  • Uphold a high-quality, professional, service-oriented image for the company among clients.
  • Assist in testing the construction software products.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience with accounting software applications, particularly in Construction, Service, or related fields, is highly desirable.
  • Previous customer service experience, especially in the software sector, is preferred.
  • A degree in accounting or relevant experience is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor others.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and customer service abilities.
  • Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
