Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Test Administrator. As a Test Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a secure and comfortable testing environment for candidates. This is a part-time position, with a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comply with all testing procedures and company policies
  • Check in candidates, verify identification, and explain the exam process
  • Proctor and invigilate candidates during testing
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with internal departments
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, such as sanitizing keyboards and vacuuming floors

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred
  • Experience proctoring or invigilating exams highly preferred
  • Flexibility in work hours and days required
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
