About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a talented team of compliance professionals who are passionate about building scalable approaches to regulatory compliance. As a Compliance Testing Specialist, you'll be responsible for conducting regular compliance tests, assessments, and reviews to ensure our company adheres to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct compliance testing on various processes, transactions, and systems to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.
  • Develop comprehensive testing plans and procedures, including defining the scope, objectives, and methodology.
  • Identify compliance issues and risks through testing activities, and prepare detailed reports on findings.
  • Recommend corrective actions and monitor their implementation.
  • Review and evaluate company policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with current regulations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support in implementing compliance measures.
  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs on compliance-related topics to employees.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in compliance testing, auditing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the industry.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency in using compliance testing tools and software.
