Compliance Testing Specialist

Rippling is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Compliance Testing Specialist to assist with our compliance program across our product suite, including payments and lending financial services.
You will partner closely with our Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Product teams to drive an assurance program for our key controls.
We are looking for a self-starter who takes pride in working cross-functionally to deliver observations on identifying key risks or enhancements to current practices.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for efficiency and building scalable approaches in the ever-changing world of technology and product growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct compliance tests, assessments, and reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Analyze processes, identify areas of non-compliance, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Develop comprehensive testing plans and procedures, including defining the scope, objectives, and methodology.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure understanding and adherence to compliance requirements.
- Provide guidance and support in implementing compliance measures.
- Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in compliance testing, auditing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the industry.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to break down complex regulatory requirements into easy-to-understand and practical advice.
