BENTO SUSHI is seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation techniques. They will also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of Japanese cuisine and sushi preparation techniques
