**Key Responsibilities**
- Investigate and evaluate complex claims to determine liability and damages
- Develop and implement effective claims resolution strategies
- Provide quality customer service and manage expenses
- Interview witnesses and stakeholders to gather information and evidence
- Maintain accurate and detailed claim files and documentation
- Attend legal proceedings as needed to represent the company
- Mentor and coach less experienced claims professionals to develop their skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to improve claims resolution processes
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 10+ years of experience in claims handling and resolution
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
- Detailed knowledge of coverage, liability, and damages analysis
- Strong technology aptitude and ability to learn new systems
