We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at ADR Freight Inc. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the work of customer service representatives to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Assign and review tasks to ensure efficient use of resources and meet business objectives.
- Operational Management
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity.
- Manage inventory and requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Customer Service
- Ensure that customer service representatives are equipped to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Performance Management
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Education
- College or CEGEP diploma required.
- Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or operations management role.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
