Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Renovation Helper to join our team at Dezire Renovations Inc. as a key member of our construction crew. The successful candidate will assist in various aspects of renovation projects, including material handling, form work, and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs under the supervision of experienced crew members.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or disposal.
  • Perform routine maintenance work, including cleaning up chemical spills and other contaminants.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. The physical demands of this role include handling heavy loads, working in a noisy and dusty environment, and performing repetitive tasks.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Hardworking and physically fit individual.
Language and Work Hours

The work language is English, and the work hours are 35 to 44 hours per week.
