About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Renovation Helper to join our team at Dezire Renovations Inc. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials with precision and care.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades with attention to detail.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials in a responsible and organized manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure the smooth operation of our projects.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants with caution and efficiency.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a physically demanding role that requires working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and hard work. You will be required to work under pressure, handle heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a noisy, dusty, and outdoors environment.
  • Steel-toed safety boots required.
