About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically capable individual to join our team at Dezire Renovations Inc. as a Renovation Helper.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Construction Support: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Site Cleanup: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and perform routine maintenance work.
  • Environmental Safety: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
Work Environment
  • Work Site Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, and handling heavy loads.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Protective Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots.
