About the Role

Aviso Wealth is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual HR Advisor to join our People and Culture team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on human resources-related matters to our internal clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive support to our internal clients, interpreting their needs and determining requirements to deliver solutions for various HR-related matters.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with assigned client groups, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring effective communication.
  • Contribute to the design, rollout, and training of new programs, initiatives, and systems-related processes, ensuring seamless implementation and adoption.
  • Oversee document management for HR processes, including New Hire Packages, Employee Change Forms, Performance Management, Disability, Departure Forms, etc.
  • Manage HR data in various HR systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Postsecondary education in administration or business, with a focus in HR is preferred.
  • Minimum 2+ years of HR coordinator/administrator experience is required.
  • Previous experience in the financial services industry would be an asset.
  • Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite; including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required.
