Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to our management team, including preparing reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
- Office Operations
- Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and budget control.
- Communication and Customer Service
- Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, clients, and vendors.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Language
- Fluency in English is required.
- Work Environment
- 35 hours per week, permanent position.
