Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Specialist to join our team at BMO. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business transformation and change management initiatives that deliver strategic business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies that align with business objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs and develop solutions
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on change management best practices and methodologies
  • Lead change management initiatives and projects, ensuring successful implementation and adoption
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and external partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in change management and business transformation
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in change management, business transformation, or a related field
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices, and standards
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives
