Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and transport raw rubber materials and finished products within the shop.
- Operate and maintain various rubber processing machines, ensuring they run efficiently and safely.
- Support shop workers, such as rubber liners, hose builders, buffers, and sand blasters by providing necessary tools and materials, and assisting with tasks as needed.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of work areas and equipment to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
- Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.
Requirements:
- Experience providing hands-on mechanical support with a mechanical aptitude and mindset.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Physically demanding position working actively in a busy environment.
