  • Operate and maintain various rubber processing machines, ensuring they run efficiently and safely.
  • Support shop workers, such as rubber liners, hose builders, buffers, and sand blasters by providing necessary tools and materials, and assisting with tasks as needed.
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of work areas and equipment to ensure a safe and organized workspace.
  • Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world-class safety culture.

Requirements:

  • Experience providing hands-on mechanical support with a mechanical aptitude and mindset.
