We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Contact Centre Advisor, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial guidance to our members.
Key Responsibilities- Advise members on a wide range of deposit and investment products and services, including new accounts, cards, term deposits, and registered products.
- Provide personalized advice on personal and small business lending products and services, including mortgages, personal loans, lines of credit, credit card applications, and associated insurance products.
- Conduct thorough interviews with loan applicants, analyze their financial situations, and make informed recommendations.
- Manage estate accounts within an assigned portfolio and work closely with other department specialists to provide comprehensive advice to members.
- Perform administrative duties, including regular and ad hoc reporting, audits, and preparing routine correspondence.
- Support Contact Centre Specialists as needed and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
- One year of post-secondary education or equivalent, plus 2-4 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a proven track record of sales success.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and telephone communication, with the ability to build strong relationships with members.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.
- A commitment to continuous learning and self-development, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

- A competitive base salary ($52,960 - $66,200) plus performance-based incentive pay, and a pension plan with SASCU matching all funds.
