The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a **Service Advisor** for our **Salmon Arm Toyota** location.

With over 20 dealerships and car service locations stretching across Alberta, British Columbia, Washington, Montana, and California; the Cam Clark Auto Group is an industry leader in providing outstanding customer experience since 1987, while also striving to offer an amazing employee experience as well

**You will be accountable for**:

- Greeting customers and offering excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles.
- Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
- Answering phone calls and assisting walk-up customers.
- Determining and identifying car issues based on customer description and vehicle condition.
- Translating customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete.
- Ensuring that automotive work provided to customers meets company quality standards.
- Invoicing and collecting payment from customers for services rendered.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding services.
- Maintaining customer records and entering data into computer databases.

**To be successful in this role, you must have**:

- A valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
- High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
- DMS experience, specifically Reynolds and Reynolds is considered an asset.
- Attention to detail, prioritization skills and time management.
- Strong computer skills.
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor is preferred, however, we are willing to train the right individual.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
