A Day in the Life:

  • Engage with clients to understand and advise on their insurance needs, developing tailored coverage solutions.
  • Follow up on sales leads and referral prospects, ensuring timely and accurate policy processing.
  • Process and conduct renewals, maintaining a high level of knowledge in Personal Lines and Auto products.
  • Achieve sales and retention goals, driving business growth and success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices through continuous education and learning opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 1-year Personal Insurance experience
  • Level 2 General Insurance License required
  • Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service and drive sales initiatives
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
