- Operations Management: Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity.
- Inventory Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded, and that customer complaints are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, and a team player.
- Relocation Costs: Relocation costs will be covered by the employer.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
