Building Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Hospitality Inn Hotel.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning and maintenance team to ensure a high level of service and quality.
- Inspect our hotel facilities to ensure they meet our safety and cleanliness standards.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist our cleaning team in performing their duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Relocation costs covered by employer.
- Fast-paced environment.
- Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability.
