Hotel Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Hospitality Inn Hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of hotel facilities.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist maintenance staff in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a maintenance or supervisory role.
- Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and establish work schedules.
- Hotel, motel, resort setting.
- Relocation costs covered by employer.
