Building Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Cleaning and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Hospitality Inn Hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning and maintenance team to ensure a high level of service and quality.
- Inspect sites and facilities to ensure they meet our safety and cleanliness standards.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, and renovations.
- Assist cleaners in performing their duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment with a 30 to 40 hour workweek.
- English language proficiency.
- Relocation costs covered by the employer.
