About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Barista to join our dynamic team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting custom coffee beverages, operating coffee equipment, and providing exceptional customer service in our coffee shop and restaurant.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly and take their orders with enthusiasm
- Prepare a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks
- Operate coffee equipment with precision and care
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service
- Prior retail or customer service experience
- Prior experience as a barista
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation methods
- Strong command of the English language
- Excellent commitment to service and teamwork
- Current Serving it Right certificate
- Employee theme recognition days and events
