About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our dynamic team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee experiences for our guests, working in a fast-paced environment, and providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, tea, and hot chocolate.
- Operate coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewers, with precision and care.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions about our coffee offerings and menu items.
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Prior retail or customer service experience.
- Prior experience as a barista.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation methods.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
- Must have a current Serving it Right certificate.
