Our resort is surrounded by pristine wilderness, with world-class ski runs, hiking trails, and mountain biking opportunities. When the snow melts, the area transforms into a playground for thrill-seekers and nature lovers alike.
About the RoleWe're seeking a skilled Barista to join our dynamic team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a Barista, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee experiences for our guests in our bustling coffee shop, Braidwood Café. You'll also support our restaurant, Braidwood Tavern, by providing expertly prepared beverages and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly and take their orders with enthusiasm
- Expertly prepare a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks
- Operate coffee equipment with precision and care
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service, answering questions about our coffee offerings and menu items
- Prior retail or customer service experience
- Prior experience as a barista
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso preparation methods
- Strong command of the English language
- Excellent commitment to service and teamwork
- Must have a current Serving it Right certificate
- Ability to work in Canada
