Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs
- Develop and implement client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs to address identified needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams to provide comprehensive care and support
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Membership in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive work and attendance record
