About the Role

SE Health is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Occupational Therapist with SE Health, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs
  • Apply a client-centered approach to address clients' physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs
  • Work effectively and collaboratively with rehab assistants and interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams
  • Utilize community resources to support client care
  • Adapt to new computer applications and technology
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited program in Occupational Therapy
  • Member in good standing of the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Recent experience in managing patients in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation programs
  • Reliable, flexible, creative, self-directed professional
