As an Occupational Therapist with SE Health, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people's lives. Our team is dedicated to providing person-centered care, and we are seeking a skilled and compassionate therapist to join our team in the Niagara Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' needs and goals
  • Develop and implement client-centered treatment plans to address physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions

Requirements
