Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs. Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems. Contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Safety and Security: Perform safety and security checks. Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
  • Transportation and Travel: Public transportation is available.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling, fast-paced environment, attention to detail, combination of sitting, standing, walking, large workload, tight deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
