The Supplier Performance Team within Supply Chain Integration (SCI) at Canadian Tire Corporation is on the lookout for a motivated student to become part of their dynamic group. In the role of Supply Chain Process Analyst Intern, you will engage closely with suppliers, merchandising, logistics, and various supply chain divisions to elevate the Supplier Performance initiative for CTC suppliers. Candidates currently enrolled in a post-secondary program in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field are encouraged to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain comprehensive insights into domestic and international supply chain product movement through collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of new processes under the mentorship of the Team Lead and Manager.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams to enhance product flow strategies.
  • Evaluate supplier performance metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Support project management efforts to ensure the timely execution of requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant post-secondary program.
  • Capability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Power BI, MS Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
